Payoneer Card Application
When you click on the link, you will be taken to the page above where you are required to submit your personal info like your full names, email address, and your date of birth.
Make sure that the information is correct on your Payoneer card application. Otherwise, your account won’t be approved. When you finish inserting the details click on that orange button called “Next”
Here you have to fill in the boxes your country where you live, street address (not P.O. BOX), your city, postal/zip code, and then your phone number.
The Payoneer team will use this info to send you the card to your exact location. So, be specific with your location. The number can either be a mobile number or a landline. Any of the two is fine. Again, click on the orange button “Next”
Next is choosing a password and creating a security question. You will be using the password every time you want to sign in to your account. The security question will be used if, for any reason, you lose access to your account.
The Payoneer team will ask you some questions to make sure that it’s actually you, the owner, who needs access back to his/her account. Click the button “Next”
The last step is verifying your account. You can do this by providing your Passport, National Identification card, or Driver’s License.
After filling out all the data check the boxes of terms and conditions, pricing and fees, privacy policy, etc as shown above then click on “Finish.” An email will be sent to the email address you provided in step 1.
How to activate your Mastercard
If all goes well you will receive your Payoneer Mastercard in a couple of weekse. Depending on where you are located the card will be shipped to you in a period of 2 weeks to a month. I got mine in 1 month. Those in the US get theirs in approximately 2 weeks.
When you get the card, you are required to log into your account using the username and password you created previously to gain access to the account. The card will be shipped in a white envelope with a letter containing instructions on what to do next.
You will be required to enter certain digits that will be found on your card and then asked to choose a pin number that you will be using to withdraw funds from your account at ATMs. After doing all these, your account will now become active.
NB: Make sure you have sufficient funds on the card before making a withdrawal. Otherwise, some ATMs may seize your card when they realize that you tried to make a withdrawal and the card has no money.

Payoneer fees
I’ve got to admit that getting your card is totally free but once you have it, there will be a monthly/yearly maintenance fee and some minimal transaction fees (which are consistent with every other online payment solution).
I believe the reason you wanted this card is so you can send and receive payments with ease. So I am sure you are either a freelancer expecting payments from clients or you are a merchant buying and selling goods and services online. This shouldn’t be a problem at all.

Hi Virginia, have manage to fill other parts but reaching BANK CODE i don’t know what to fill because the space requires 5 digits which i don’t see on my ATM Master Card. I use Equity kindly help.
Hello Collins. Sorry for the late reply. Well, you cannot find the BANK CODE on your ATM card. You have to get it from your bank branch. Alternatively, here is a list of all the banks in Kenya plus their BANK CODES. Scroll down to Equity bank section then locate your branch to easily access the code. Hello Lucy. It is a must to have a postal address for you to receive the card. I didn’t have one either but I used my Uncle’s postal address to get the card. It takes a month. So, find someone you know and trust then use theirs. As for the bank account, you can use a bank like Equity Bank

Hello Stacy. No, it’s not possible for them to call you because they have so many people in queue. The card usually takes a month to reach your destination. My advice would be. Go to your post office in a month’s time to check. Mine came in exactly one month

Hi Virginia, i applied for my payoneer card early August this year using my smartphone, I have not received it yet.A friend of mine told me that applying for the card using my smartphone is a blunder because my IP address would show that i am from another country. I checked my IP details on gmail and it showed that my mobile IP is from Netherlands, could that stop Payoneer from sending me the card? Should i reapply this time from my computer?
